For artists
Maintain a verified catalogue raisonné, manage consignments to galleries, present artwork to the public, and keep a public profile in sync with collectors and exhibitions.
Launching October/November 2026
COLLEKTON is where artworks are registered, exhibitions are organized, and galleries, artists, collectors, curators, and institutions work from the same source of truth.
Several audiences. One network. One verified record.
Galleries manage their programs and inventory. Artists maintain their catalogue raisonné. Collectors discover and track works. Institutions access verified provenance.
All of them present their works in an immersive digital presentation.
Everyone works from the same source of truth.
What is COLLEKTON
Several audiences. One network. One verified record.
Maintain a verified catalogue raisonné, manage consignments to galleries, present artwork to the public, and keep a public profile in sync with collectors and exhibitions.
Manage gallery inventory, consignments in and out, shipments, editioned artworks, and exhibitions. Run a sales pipeline from first contact through digitally signed delivery, handle multiple currencies and partial ownership, and import and export data in an open-source format.
Organize your collection, handle loans and consignments, discover new work, and certify provenance. Organize your collection, manage consignments and loans, structure locations, and use insurance and financial reporting tools. Import works you are interested in to view beside your own collection.
Develop exhibitions across institutions, track checklists and loans, document curatorial history in one place, and request works from artists, collectors, galleries, or museums. Curate exhibitions, import information from multiple sources and formats, create virtual versions of your exhibition to game out ideas, and build worklists.
Build collections for clients with verified provenance, condition, and exhibition history at your fingertips. Bookmark works at art fairs and galleries and share the results with your clients. Manage purchase inquiries and collections for multiple clients, create presentations that show new works in the context of an existing collection, resolve acquisition terms with galleries, and handle invoicing for clients and artists.
Coordinate exhibitor lists, booths, and works in one place. Give visitors the chance to navigate easily from one exhibition to the next. Add ticketing and VIP programs, granting access to people at the fair, and offer tickets for digital access to grow ticket sales and expand the reach of your galleries. Manage exhibitors and their virtual spaces, run fair events, drive marketing campaigns with dedicated guest lists, publish events and shows to an app platform that lives longer than a single edition, and review and discuss booth plans with galleries.
Program editions, venues, and participating artists with a public-facing presence that stays in sync. Create city-wide maps with curated routes, integrate festival events into a common platform, and publish events and shows to a platform that outlives the festival itself.
Organize your inventory and loans, plan exhibitions and share them, and even offer them to other institutions, and reduce costs. Manage artworks for registrars, import and export common museum formats for easy data exchange, and create audio and video tours of exhibitions that users can access.
Verify provenance and exhibition history at the source, and publish sale records back into the network. Create immersive preview presentations of sales, harvest client interest through a verified Collekton ID, import consignment data from various platforms and PDFs for easy ingest, and publish results bound to the actual object.
Steward an artist's catalogue raisonné, authentication, certification, and exhibition history as a long-term record. Become the defining authority for an artist's estate, manage and flag inaccurate information through an artist-based fact-verifying system, and handle loans and consignments.
Make holdings discoverable, link them to the works and exhibitions, and streamline collaboration with the artists.
Find exhibitions and use the mobile app to navigate to them, rate them once you've visited, browse artists, and bookmark works.
Built for everyone
Bring your inventory, catalogue, and archives over from the tools you already use — no starting from scratch.
Plans are calibrated to each user group and based on actual usage, so every participant in the market can afford to work with Collekton.
TEAM
Built by people who know the art world from the inside.

Founder & CTO
Photographer, musician, gallerist, and programmer. Julian developed COLLEKTON from the real-world needs of his internationally active gallery. His understanding of the art world spans four generations, tracing back to his great-grandfather August Sander. He began programming at the dawn of the personal computer in the late 1970s — a rare combination that uniquely qualifies him for COLLEKTON's technical vision.

Co-founder & CEO
Graffiti artist turned entrepreneur, Ruediger co-founded MONTANA CANS after recognizing a gap in quality spray paint. They sold the company in 2003 to Europe's leading spray paint manufacturer; by the time he stepped down as Managing Director in 2011, the brand was available in 96 countries. He discovered photography in 2000 as his artistic language and has since exhibited worldwide. In blockchain technology, he sees both a solution to many art market challenges and a path toward the sustainable preservation of artistic works.
